Union Canal

This consists of 4 designs arranged vertically. From top to bottom the pictures are- Falkirk, Linlithgow Basin, Almond Aqueduct and The Bridge Inn, Ratho. Surrounded by a blue border. Finished design 13½"" x 5" approx.

Design shows a boat passing the Bridge Inn at Ratho on the Union Canal in Scotland. This well-known pub and restaurant, with its trip boats, stands by the canal in Ratho. Its landlord was one of the pioneers of restoration of the canal. Finished size 5" x 3½" approx.

Design shows two boats crossing Almond Aqueduct on the Union Canal in Scotland. This aqueduct has five arches and carries the canal over the River Almond at a height of 75 feet. Finished size 5" x 3½" approx.
